(Portland, OR)  --  Multnomah Sheriff's deputies are revealing the identity of the man found dead in Willamette River this week.  A county medical examiner says 43-year-old Brian Jay Burnett of Vancouver drowned near the Broadway Bridge on Monday.  Authorities say they found no signs of foul play.
