(Sandy, OR)  --  Authorities recover the body of a Douglas High student in the Sandy River.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says Joshua Hartley resurfaced briefly after jumping into the river but went under again near the Revenue Bridge.  Searchers pulled the boy's body from the river last night after several hours of searching.  Hartley was at the river with the other boys on his high school football team.
