(Portland, OR)  --  Hazmat crews are concerned over a chemical runoff after a recycling center fire in Portland.  Firefighters responded to the Metro Central Transfer station on 61st Avenue yesterday.  A contaminated runoff is possible as the station is near the Williamette River.
