(Portland, OR)  --  A man who's accused of robbing a Portland bank is in custody.  Police say 54-year-old James K. Lee will be charged with robbing a branch of Key Bank on Southeast Division Street Saturday morning.  Officials say Lee was arrested after catching a ride with a cab following the robbery.
