(Portland, OR)  --  A teenage male is being treated for life-threatening injuries, following a shooting in Southeast Portland.  Police say the shooting happened around 3:30 yesterday afternoon at the Shalamar Apartments on 137th Avenue and Southeast Powell Boulevard.  Officers found the wounded teen after a report of multiple shots being fired.  There's no word on whether arrests have been made.
