(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man, who's accused of holding his wife at gunpoint during a standoff with officers, is behind bars.  Police say they engaged the suspect in the standoff yesterday in the area of Southeast 78th Avenue and Springwater Drive beginning around 5:11 p.m.  The man surrendered around 8:30 last night.  His wife and three children were found safe.
