(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say a man who was critically wounded in a shooting on Southeast Powell Boulevard has died of his wounds.  He's been identified as 19-year-old Anthony Quincy Jackson, Jr.  Investigators say the shooting happened Sunday afternoon at the Shalamar Apartments.  No information on possible suspects has been released.
