Council Votes To Keep Reservoirs Filled

(Portland, OR)  --  The reservoirs at Mount Tabor will remain full, after the Portland City Council voted to spend millions to keep them preserved and maintained.  At least four-million dollars will be spent on the reservoirs' maintenance, even after they're disconnected from the city's water system.  The reservoirs will be preserved for beautification purposes.
