Traffic Stop Turns Into Heroin Bust

(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say a traffic stop on Southeast Stark Street at I-205 turned into a drug bust.  Authorities say a drug-sniffing dog named Lola helped officers Tuesday find five pounds of meth, one pound of heroin, and a handgun inside a backpack stashed in the trunk of the car.  Three men were arrested on multiple charges, including possession and delivery of heroin.
