(Portland, OR)  --  A man accused in a deadly shooting in Northeast Portland is in custody.  Police say 42-year-old Wayne Archie Woodruff is charged with murder in the death of Brandon Kaufman at a mobile home park in the area of Northeast 72nd Avenue and Killingsworth Street.  Authorities say Woodruff was booked yesterday after undergoing treatment for a drug overdose.  Police say the Sunday shooting apparently stemmed from an argument.
