(Portland, OR)  --  The U.S. Geological Survey says a four-point-six earthquake was among a series of temblors that shook southern Oregon overnight Wednesday.  The four-point-six quake was centered about 40 miles away from Lakeview, near the Nevada border.  The other quakes registered four-point-oh, three-point-four, three-point-four, and three-point-two.
