(Newberg, OR)  --  Newberg City Manager Jacque Betz is under investigation.  Yamhill County District Attorney Bradley Berry told KGW-TV that Oregon State Police will investigate questions that have been raised concerning Betz's conduct since she announced that Newberg Police Chief Brian Casey had been placed on administrative leave.  Berry says no reason for the action against the chief has been made public.  Casey says he hasn't been accused of any wrongdoing.  There's been no comment from Betz.
