(Troutdale, OR)  --  Voters in Troutdale will cast ballots this fall on whether to pass a proposed three-cent gas tax.  The tax would increase by a penny a year, starting in 2016 and ending in 2018.  The revenue would be used for street repairs and improvements.  Officials estimate the tax would generate 100-thousand dollars per year per penny if the measure passes.
