(Vancouver, WA)  --  A 16-year-old Vancouver boy is in police custody, after being accused of shooting his stepfather.  Police say the victim was found wounded yesterday at a home on Northeast 130th Avenue as a result of the shooting, which apparently stemmed from a family dispute.  Authorities say the teenager fled the scene, but was later apprehended.  The man is expected to survive.
