(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead and another is seriously injured, following a head-on collision in Southeast Portland.  Police say the wreck happened around 3:20 yesterday afternoon in the area of Southeast Foster Road and 158th Avenue.  One person was killed at the scene, and the other was rushed to a hospital.  No names have been released.
