(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man who's accused of being a prolific ID thief.  Authorities say 51-year-old Daniel Leroy Turner was pulled over yesterday for a traffic stop, and was found with several wallets, a briefcase, a number of cards with different names, and bolt cutters.  Also found was an Oregon Health & Science University spreadsheet with dozens of names, and about 50 corresponding Social Security numbers.  Portland police had been seeking Turner for weeks, saying he had stolen personal belongings from several gym locker rooms in the metro area.
