(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a man who died in a head-on crash in Portland was an Aloha resident.  Police say 37-year-old Todd Lane crossed the center line of Southeast Foster Road Tuesday afternoon and crashed into an oncoming car driven by Kyle Anne Baker of Milwaukie, who was seriously injured.  An autopsy is being conducted on Lane's body.
