(Portland, OR)  --  Gasoline prices are slightly lower today in the Portland area.  Triple-A reports the average for regular is about three-dollars 12-cents a gallon, a half-cent below yesterday's average.  At this time last year, a gallon of regular sold in Portland for about three-dollars 94-cents.
