(Beaverton, OR)  --  A suspect in a home burglary is in custody, following a standoff with Beaverton police.  Authorities say 44-year-old Wilfredo Peraza-Domenech was seen by police inside a home on Timberland Drive and Ivy Glenn Street around noon yesterday, following a call from a witness.  Officials say the suspect refused to come out of the house and engaged in the standoff for more than four hours before he surrendered.  Peraza-Domenech is charged with first-degree burglary.
