(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police continue to investigate a hit-and-run that critically injured a man in a fast-food restaurant parking lot.  Officials say 48-year-old Kevin McNerney was hit Wednesday afternoon by a dark-colored Chevrolet SUV with yellow Oregon plates.  Police say McNerney was hit after having an argument with the woman who drove the SUV.  McNerney remains in critical condition.
