(Portland, OR)  --  Gasoline prices are falling slowly in the Portland area.  Triple-A reports the average for a gallon of regular is about three-dollars 12-cents a gallon, which is more than a penny lower than a week ago.  The nationwide average for regular is two-dollars 71-cents a gallon.
