(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is being treated at a hospital after her leg was struck by the propeller of a pontoon boat.  Authorities say the accident happened around 5:30 p.m. yesterday evening on the Willamette River in the area of the Fremont Bridge.  Investigators believe the operator of the boat, 34-year-old Haley Ronningen, was piloting the watercraft while intoxicated.  The victim is listed in serious condition.
