(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man who's accused of trying to kidnap a young girl from a Walmart in Vancouver is behind bars.  Police say 45-year-old Steven W. Hayes tried to walk the girl out of the store Saturday, even though he didn't know the child or her parents.  Authorities say Hayes fled, but he was apprehended early yesterday morning in Southeast Portland.
