Suspect In Shooting Arrested Following Standoff

(Portland, OR)  --  A man suspected in a shooting in Southeast Portland is behind bars, following a standoff with police.  Authorities say the standoff lasted about six hours before Aaron Deon Kinsey was arrested early yesterday morning at his home on Southeast 160th Place.  The shooting happened around 6:15 p.m. Saturday on the same block as Kinsey's house, but no one was injured.  Kinsey is facing charges of attempted murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
