(Portland, OR)  --  A pedestrian is being treated for serious injuries, after being hit by a car at a North Portland intersection.  Police say the crash happened around noon yesterday at the intersection of North Russell Street and Mississippi Avenue.  The pedestrian was taken to a hospital and is listed in critical condition.  Police say the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
