(Eugene, OR)  --  A student who claimed she was raped by three University of Oregon basketball players says she's happy to have the case behind her, after settling a lawsuit against the school.  The university has agreed to pay the student 800-thousand dollars and waive all tuition and housing costs for four years of school.  The players accused by the woman were never criminally charged, but all three were dismissed from the basketball team and eventually left the university.
