(Portland, OR) -- Portland police say a man with five drunk-driving convictions was arrested this week with a point-34 blood-alcohol level. Authorities say after 51-year-old Steven Burns told officers Wednesday during a traffic stop that he might have had a "little bit" to drink, the breathalyzer registered more than four times the legal limit of point-oh-eight. Police say Burns committed a lane-change violation in the area of Northeast 122nd Avenue and Siskiyou Street.
