(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say the city is on pace to break a record for the number of gang-related incidents in a year.  Officials told the "Portland Tribune" there have been at least 100 gang-related incidents this year, compared to the record of 118 for all of 2012.  Portland police union President Daryl Turner is urging the City Council to speed up the process of hiring more officers.
