(Clatskanie, OR)  --  The police chief of the Columbia County town of Clatskanie is on paid administrative leave, following allegations he made racist statements.  Marvin Hoover, who's been chief of police for 13 years, is accused of making such comments, but investigators haven't released any further details.  KATU-TV reports the investigation is expected to take about two weeks.
