(Portland, OR)  --  Prices at the gas pump continue to drop in the Portland area.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for regular is about three-oh-five a gallon, down five-and-a-half cents from the average of a week ago.  The national average for regular is two-59 a gallon.
