Two Arrested During "Black Lives" Protest

(Portland, OR)  --  Police say two people were arrested during a "Black Lives Matter" protest in Southeast Portland.  Authorities say about 100 people blocked all traffic lanes around 3:15 p.m. yesterday in the area of Southeast 182nd Avenue and Southeast Division Street.  Police say two protesters who refused to move away from the scene were taken into custody.  Otherwise, traffic was blocked for less than ten minutes and the protest ended without incident.
