(Graham, WA) -- A slaughterhouse in Pierce County, Washington is recalling more than 116-thousand pounds of whole hogs, after its products were found to be connected to a Salmonella outbreak in ten Washington counties. Kapowsin Meats in Graham announced the recall yesterday, saying it includes whole hogs for barbecue produced between April 18th and July 27th. State health officials say there have been 134 confirmed cases of Salmonella in Washington, but hundreds more people may have been sickened by it.
