(Banks, OR)  --  Officials say firefighters were able to contain a Washington County wildfire, despite strong winds.  The grass fire broke out yesterday afternoon near Union Point Cemetery in Banks.  A spokesman for Banks Fire District 13 says the department was spread thin yesterday because of the number of firefighters assisting with wildfires across the state.  No structures were threatened by the Banks fire, and there were no injuries.
