(Seattle, WA)  --  Online retailer Zulily, which is based in Seattle, will be acquired by QVC parent company Liberty Interactive for two-point-four-billion dollars.  Officials say Zulily will continue operations in Seattle with its current management team, and the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.  Liberty Interactive officials says QVC will benefit from Zulily's younger demographic, while Zulily will gain increased TV exposure through QVC.
