(Salem, OR)  --  A man who's considered armed and dangerous is being sought in connection with a stabbing in Salem.  Sheriff's deputies say 20-year-old Carlos Miguel Martin stabbed another man in the four-thousand block of Northeast Lancaster Drive yesterday.  The victim is being treated at a hospital for injuries not considered life-threatening.  Martin is described as Hispanic, five-feet-six, weighing 130 pounds, and last seen wearing a black shirt and black shorts.
