(Portland, OR)  --  A 56-year-old man is in custody, following a stabbing in North Portland.  Police say Clarence Dorn stabbed 30-year-old Robert Alexander in the neck after accusing him of stealing potato chips from a child's plate.  Alexander was taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.  Dorn is facing an assault charge.
