(Gresham, OR)  --  Police have a Gresham man in custody after he was accused of setting a fire at an apartment building.  Authorities say the fire was started Saturday in a vacant unit in the 800 block of Northeast 162nd, but didn't cause much damage.  Police say that when they arrested 29-year-old Michael Paul Downey, they also found he was carrying a meth pipe.  Downey's bail is set at 255-thousand-dollars.
