(Portland, OR) -- Bail is set at a half-million dollars for a man accused of assaulting and killing another man at Portland International Raceway. Fifty-year-old Michael Taylor is facing charges of manslaughter and assault in the July death of 61-year-old Anthony Mancuso. Mancuso died in a hospital, the day after being punched by Taylor. Officials say Mancuso died not from the punch, but from the ensuing fall that fractured his skull.
