(Milwaukie, OR)  --  Police say alcohol may have been a factor in the death of a pedestrian in Milwaukie.  Authorities say 44-year-old Stephanie Chestnut was hit by a car as she tried to cross Highway 99 E Sunday night near Holly Avenue.  Chestnut died later at a hospital.  Oregon State Police say it's possible Chestnut was drinking prior to the crash.
