(Klamath Falls, OR)  --  Klamath County Sheriff Frank Skrah is the subject of a criminal investigation by the state.  "The Oregonian" quotes sources as saying Skrah is being investigated for use of excessive force, including allegations the sheriff punched a suspect who was handcuffed.  Seven of the county's 30 deputies have also been placed on leave.  Skrah was elected sheriff of Klamath County in 2012.
