(Okanogan County, WA)  --  Officials say firefighters are making some progress in containing the Okanogan Complex wildfire in north central Washington.  The fire is now 17 percent contained, but has destroyed 40 homes and at least 45 outbuildings so far.  About 77-hundred homes are reported to be under some level of evacuation.  More than 13-hundred people are engaged in battling the fire.
