(Portland, OR)  --  Most Portland General Electric customers have their power back, after nearly 27-thousand lost electricity during Saturday's windstorms.  Officials say less than 400 customers are still experiencing outages.  Crews have been working through the night to get all power restored, but PGE says some residents may be without power well into the morning.
