(Damascus, OR) -- A Clackamas County sheriff's deputy is recovering from a broken leg after his patrol car was hit in a crash on Highway 212. Authorities say an 18-year-old veered into the oncoming lane and hit the patrol car near Southeast Rust Way in Damascus around 6:50 yesterday morning. The teen had no apparent injuries. Deputy Garrett Grimm suffered a hairline fracture to his left fibula and had cuts on his face.
