(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say they've arrested a multiple offender who was found with a loaded gun and narcotics.  Authorities say 55-year-old Mark Anthony Storey was arrested Saturday in North Portland.  Officials say Storey had been reported to have displayed the gun and made threats at the Elks Lodge.  Police say Storey was carrying a fully-loaded, nine-millimeter semi-automatic pistol and two baggies, one containing meth and the other cocaine.
