(Vancouver, WA)  --  A Vancouver Police Department K-9 that was stabbed after chasing a suspect has died after undergoing surgery.  Authorities say domestic-violence suspect Jacky Chan Karuo was chased by the dog, named Ike, while running from police near Fruit Valley Road yesterday evening.  Officials say when Ike caught up with the suspect, the dog was stabbed several times.  Karuo was booked into the Clark County Jail on multiple charges.
