(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man is behind bars after being accused of stabbing and critically wounding a Vancouver police K-9.  Authorities say Jacky Chan Karuo was chased by the dog, named Ike, while running from police near Fruit Valley Road yesterday evening.  Officials say when Ike caught up with the suspect, the dog was stabbed.  The dog underwent surgery last night, and Karuo was booked into the Clark County Jail on multiple charges.
