(Portland, OR)  --  Gas prices continue to decline as the Labor Day weekend looms.  Triple-A reports the Portland-area average for regular is two-80 a gallon, a penny-and-a-half below yesterday's average.  It's also nearly eight cents a gallon cheaper than a week ago.
