(Corbett, OR)  --  An 80-year-old man is recovering, after he was injured in a fall down a 75-foot embankment near Multnomah Falls.  Authorities say Bill Fulghan was hiking yesterday when he slipped and fell down the embankment.  Vaughan suffered minor head trauma, but refused to be taken to a hospital.
