(Portland, OR)  --  A burglary suspect is in custody, after he was caught by the intended victim and detained.  Washington County sheriff's deputies say 19-year-old Luis Marquez-Ventura climbed through a window to enter the home on Northwest Chanticleer Drive in Portland's Bethany neighborhood around 6:30 yesterday morning.  The victim, a 34-year-old man, encountered the suspect and wrestled him to the couch, where he detained him until deputies arrived.  Officials say Marquez-Ventura, who's facing multiple charges, was carrying debit cards and other items that appeared to have been stolen from cars.
