(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating after a vandal shot out car windows with a BB gun in the Montavilla neighborhood.  Authorities say the damage was done during the Labor Day weekend along Multnomah Street near 80th Avenue.  Authorities say about two-dozen vehicles were damaged.  No suspects have been identified.
